My focus is on creating and growing innovative products across industries.
Experience
-
I served as CEO and Cofounder of Agripelago, a Hawaii-based cleantech startup that worked to create carbon-negative biofuel systems. Highlights include planning deployments with a combined CAPEX of over $60 million, as well as securing off-take agreements with Ameresco (NYSE: AMRC) worth up to $225 million annually. This work deepened my commitment to leveraging technology to overcome global challenges in regulated markets, like energy security and sustainability. I’ve also worked on a variety of smaller ventures over the years, ranging from biotech to CPG to sustainable fashion products. Recently, I’ve been excited about building AI-developer tools and micro-SaaS products.
-
I currently work as a product manager for a deeptech R&D studio, managing commercialization of early-stage technologies. Products I’ve work on include AI-driven tools for cybersecurity, nano-composites for aviation and defense, and machine learning platforms for high-throughput agricultural applications. As part of my work, I’ve managed strategic collaborations with Fortune 100 companies, as well as top research institutions and government agencies.
-
As a startup consultant focused on product design, development and management, I work with founders to transform visionary ideas into real products.

I began my studies at UC Irvine as an undergraduate researcher focused on developmental neurophysiology. In 2016, I left to work on my startup. During COVID-19, with unexpected free time, I completed my B.S. in Botany from Oregon State University. I graduated magna cum laude with a focus on applied biotechnology. I’ve also pursued additional training in AI for business strategy (MIT Sloan), sustainable technology and chemistry (Wageningen University), and Python programming (University of Michigan). Additionally, I hold PMP (Project Management Professional) and ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certifications from the Project Management Institute.

When not immersed in building products and startups, I enjoy trail running, surfing, and free diving. I’ve also previously volunteered as Vice President of the Hawaii Hemp Farmers Association, advocating for sustainable agriculture in Hawaii.
